1. Purchase Policy
Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via Text / email with details about your purchase. Please review the information carefully and contact our customer service if any corrections are needed. If you do not receive a confirmation Whatsapp Text / email, please check your spam or junk folder.
Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- Easy Paisa Account
- COD
Your payment information is securely processed, and we do not store sensitive payment data.
Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation of the Order The order will be delivered through COD method or Advance payment
- During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be extended slightly, but we’ll always notify you in advance if there are delays
Order Changes or Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order is processed, it can’t be changed or cancelled but with some addition in amount as per change or cancellation of the order.
2. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:

- Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping is available for orders over 6000/= PKR.
International Shipping:
- We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and times will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Please note that customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping Delays:
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays (such as weather, customs, or shipping carrier issues) can occur. We will notify you immediately if there is any significant delay with your order.
3. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If your tracking number indicates that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
- We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Goods:
If your order arrives damaged / Different, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the package, along with photos of the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Missing Items:
- If your order is incomplete or missing items, please reach out to us immediately. We will verify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Once the order is confirmed, it can be returned or exchanged, but the customer will have to bear the delivery cost with the amount difference of the desired order.
